Gympie local Dianne Woodstock is a woman of many talents and passions. Di has been volunteering at the Australian Age of Dinosaur digs in Winton for many years.

Come along to Gympie Bone Museum this school holidays to meet Dianne Woodstock and hear all about her fossil digging adventures in outback Queensland.

Learn about life at the Australian Age of Dinosaurs

You’ll be fascinated to hear what it’s like to live and work on a fossil dig for a couple of weeks and how after just one visit she was hooked for life!

This will be a casual chat with plenty of space for questions and conversation. Queensland marine fossils and ichthyosaurs on loan from Queensland Museum will be on display.

Part of our Workshop Wednesday School Holiday Event series
