Featuring select pieces from Queensland Museum, the Beattie Shell Collection, Aquatic Articulations, Articulated Imagination and Kris Janke Tipler.

Too much #holidayfun is never enough! Come to @bunnings Gympie for fun in the DIY Centre at 10am Tuesday 17 December and stay on for Magnify My World with Daniel from Gympie Bone Museum. We'll have all our equipment out for you to try – from hand held #magnifiers, to #stereomicroscopes to USB #microscopes. We'll also have loads of interesting natural and man-made bits and pieces for you to #investigate close up. Bring along anything you'd like to get a closer look at. Do you have a favourite #bone, #rock, #mineral, #plant or #insect? #Explore the shelves of Bunnings for more #treasures and bring them back to #magnify. We'll be there for a couple of hours so you can come and go as often as you want! Suitable for ages 3 to 103! Free admission. No bookings required
