Revealing the Ravenous Reptiles with Di at Gympie Bone Museum

revealing the ravenous reptiles live stem talk with di woodstock at gympie bone museum

Di Woodstock is back from her latest dinosaur adventure in Winton! This time she has logged some serious hours in the lab prepping the bones of the ravenous reptiles that have been found in the area. You’ll be fascinated to hear what it takes to get a dinosaur bone from dig to display.

Come along to Gympie Bone Museum this school holidays to meet Di and hear all about it.

Gympie local Dianne Woodstock is a woman of many talents and passions. Di has been volunteering at the Australian Age of Dinosaur digs in Winton for many years. And it’s funny who she’s run into up there this time.

This will be a Q&A with museum director Debra Cook and with plenty of space for questions and conversation. The Ravenous Reptiles exhibition with select pieces on loan from Queensland Museum will be on display. Exhibition curated by Daniel Baines.

Admission: $2 per person entry to the museum
No bookings required
